Project Lead Job Description

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of architects/senior architects on various projects from concept design to handover. You will oversee the design and delivery of multiple project types in different settings, ensuring that each project is aligned with the client's design goals and strives for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with digital designers, consultants, and other stakeholders to initiate and develop design concepts.
  • Lead communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure all work meets client requirements, delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise during projects.
  • Provide design and technical guidance to resolve challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Undertake detailed design work, ensuring designs are validated and meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and consultants to coordinate project architectural needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
