Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our strategic projects. This critical role will drive a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities.

About the Role:

  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with Domestic/Overseas Travel.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Education Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills.
