We are looking for a skilled Client Success professional to join our team at Ultra Platform in Gurgaon. This role involves fostering strong relationships with advertisers, driving exceptional results, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Job DescriptionRole Overview
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating deep relationships with assigned advertisers, providing expert analysis, and delivering actionable insights to drive campaign optimization. You will work closely with internal teams to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide valuable guidance to clients.

Ultra Platform is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that delivers consumer engagement, acquisitions, and transactions through relevant Mobile Advertising. Our platform enhances returns on marketing investment through contextual mobile ads and reduces digital ad fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with assigned advertisers.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide expert analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting to inform future client strategies.
- Understand clients' marketing objectives, track key performance indicators, and measure success against defined metrics.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, proactively seeking to expand the scope of client relationships and revenue generation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of client success/account management/sales management experience in performance marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Technical proficiency in mobile and programmatic advertising, or a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- A proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and adaptability to a growing company.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ₹9-10 LPA (depending on experience). We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
