Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with our customers to ensure their success in implementing our service solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and develop customized service solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver high-touch customer engagement through regular meetings, calls, and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within our customer organizations to ensure alignment and support for our service solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess progress, address concerns, and provide recommendations for future growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or ITIL/ITSM certification.
  • Experience working in a risk management, audit, security, or technical delivery role.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and customer success tools.
Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
