The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Strategist who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our SMB/SME customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB/SME customers and act as their primary point of contact, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions through our product suite.
- Drive GTM projects to successful outcomes and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain high client satisfaction, resolve escalations promptly, and collect feedback to enhance our services and products.
- Develop dynamic success plans that meet customer expectations, manage exceptions, and build strong advocacy.
- Identify opportunities for value-added services and prepare future product roadmaps for clients.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of **₹25-35 lakhs** (approximately **$32,000-$45,000 USD**) per annum, depending on experience.
