The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager - Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Monitor Progress and Mitigate Risks: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate Resources: Manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Regular Status Updates: Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage Expectations: Ensure client expectations are aligned with project objectives and deliverables.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Foster Positive Team Environment: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Effective Communication: Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members, promoting transparency and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management

  • Implement Quality Assurance Processes: Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Lessons Learned: Conduct thorough project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

  • Regular Project Reports: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including key metrics, milestones achieved, risks, and issues, to project sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate project updates and progress through presentations, meetings, and written documentation.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Engage in effective and timely communication with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 4+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile frameworks, and project management best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications are a plus.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
