Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-4 Years

Time: US hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals who are comfortable driving conversations with CXOs and technical leaders, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through various channels and networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or Business Development Associate.
  • Proven track record in US sales (mandatory).
  • Experience in selling SaaS software (one-time, monthly, annual subscription models).

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably Cloud/IT/Infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders and senior leadership, including VP of Engineering, CTO, Director of Engineering, CIO, Head of Infrastructure (especially in larger organizations).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with decision-makers effectively.
