Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Drive transformative changes at enterprise scale as a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Lead. Spearhead data-first initiatives that unlock customer insights and enable AI-driven personalization.

This role requires an expert in Salesforce Data Cloud with 10+ years of hands-on experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to design scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification. They will also be proficient in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques, with experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with AI tools and personalization journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Define data models, ingestion strategies, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
