Network Infrastructure Strategist

This role is responsible for spearheading enterprise-wide IT and OT network infrastructure strategy, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Internet, MPLS, and data centre connectivity across the organization.
  • Promote and implement macro and micro segmentation strategies to enhance network security posture across both IT and OT domains.
  • Lead technical delivery and end-to-end execution of network transformation and expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 12-15 years of experience in network operations, demonstrating expertise in managing complex network environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of enterprise networking (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, NAC, micro/macro segmentation, and hybrid cloud networks (AWS/Azure).
  • Proven track record in vendor/SLA governance, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks.
