Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Network Administrator in a dynamic organization. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of performance.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Ensure operational monitoring, reporting, and functioning of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across offices and datacenters.">
  • Maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its operational performance through technical network troubleshooting as needed.">
  • Liaise with vendors, TAC, and support teams to identify problems, scope responsibility, and meet incident and problem management requirements.">
  • Supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.">
  • Collaborate with Deloitte Global, Peer, and Business teams to provide support and assistance for network incidents and requests.">
  • Maintain network inventory, documentation, and MIS reports to meet network operations processes and procedures.">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in network infrastructure operations, managing and supervising network support teams, and conceptual knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security.

">

Additionally, you should possess hands-on experience with Cisco Routing, Switching, and Wireless hardware platforms, configuration, and troubleshooting skills, as well as expertise in SolarWinds platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting.

Qualifications:

">

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, with Additional Cisco Certifications preferred.

">

Minimum 8 years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate networks, with at least 2 years in Large/Complex network environments.
