Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud professional to join our organization in Solapur, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
  • Proficiency in Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance, Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with designing and managing cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Application Development: Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
