**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Strategic Business Leader in Commercial Property to join our team at iTaap. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our regional operations, driving business growth, and overseeing a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead market analysis efforts to identify commercial real estate trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue targets and drive operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, offering insights into property investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or MBA is required, with 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior consulting role.
  • Proven experience in regional management within an international property consulting firm.
  • Strong track record in business development, client management, and strategic advisory.
  • Expertise in commercial real estate markets, investment analysis, and market dynamics.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
