Lead Sales Teams to Drive Business Growth
Job Title: Techno-Commercial Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced techno-commercial leader to join our team. As a techno-commercial leader, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams to drive sales performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hard-core end-to-end sales cycle experience in B2C and B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of ELV sales is a must, OEM experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
