Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to source diverse and high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Interviewing and Hiring: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our organization's needs.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, guaranteeing a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • HRMS Tools and Compliance: Manage HRMS tools (e.g., Keka/Zoho) and ensure adherence to payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by driving employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events.
  • Exit Formalities: Execute exit formalities professionally and timely, ensuring departing employees receive a respectful and efficient exit process.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with management as a strategic partner while being approachable to employees, providing guidance and support to implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
Requirements
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws, with knowledge of relevant compliance regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
