Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of mid-market growth accounts in the UK, Europe, and North America region. Your primary objective will be to overachieve sales quotas, build strong relationships with CXO/decision makers, and position GEP's value proposition to drive deals to closure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex sales cycles to acquire new customers
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new logos
- Partner with Inside Sales, Solution Design, IT, Legal & Finance, Marketing, and Support to close deals and drive revenue
- Establish and maintain key account relationships
- Identify enterprise client pain points and develop unique value propositions
- Articulate GEP's offerings in the international market
- 7+ years of experience in managing complex sales cycles
- At least 5 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions
- Strong understanding of customer needs and creating tailored pitches
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
