Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and oversee daily operations in micro banking activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of micro loans and other financial products.

  • Conduct credit assessments and manage risk by reviewing loan applications
  • Assist in managing the loan portfolio and ensure repayment schedules are followed
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and offering financial guidance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
  • Track and maintain financial records ensuring accuracy in reporting
  • Work closely with team members to achieve branch and organizational targets
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of microfinance operations and products
