Job Title: Risk Assessment Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our risk assessment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement advanced risk models, leveraging statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to inform business decisions.
  2. Maintain and monitor credit risk strategies across the lending life cycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement to optimize risk management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk policies, reflecting the organization's evolving risk appetite.
  5. Analyze industry data, developing actionable insights to inform senior management on market trends and conditions.
  6. Ensure that risk management processes adhere to established guidelines, implementing controls as needed to mitigate potential risks.
  7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall risk framework.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in managing risk within a financial services organization.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages is essential.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to derive meaningful insights.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical modeling and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience in microfinance or MSME lending is highly desirable.
