The role of Analytics Expert, Tuning and Compliance Specialist is a critical position that requires strong analytical, statistical, and quantitative skills to identify anomalies and patterns in data.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform threshold tuning, retuning for detection scenarios and risk indicators across products such as CASA, Trade, Credit Cards, Financing Securities Services, and Financial Markets - Third Party Payments.
- Perform segmentation of customers as per the Global Segmentation Model in force at the organization.
- Perform reconciliation of detection scenarios and risk indicators across products such as CASA, Trade, Credit Cards, Financing Securities Services, and Financial Markets - Third Party Payments.
- Perform Adhoc, Bespoke Analysis, Impact Assessments based on requests from stakeholders within the group, regions, and teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data using programming languages such as Python and working with Oracle Hive environments.
Skills and Experience:- Review and assess existing systems and controls relevant to FCC to ascertain operational performance and effectiveness.
- Align support with the alignment of relevant systems and controls to industry best practice and close out any compliance gaps.
- Apply Group and FCC policies and processes to manage risks.
- Ensure that detection scenarios that are developed and deployed are fit-for-purpose.
The Analytics Expert, Tuning and Compliance Specialist will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and address their concerns. They will also promote and embed a culture of openness, trust, and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory, and policy-compliant conduct is the norm.
Qualifications:- Up to 3-5 years in the area of analytics and modeling using statistical tools and packages.
- Any experience in Banking and Financial Crime and Compliance would be an added advantage.
