We are seeking experienced professionals proficient in end-to-end underwriting, income review, collateral underwriting, and non-QM underwriting.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aforementioned areas and demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision.
  • Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline underwriting workflows.

Income Review Expert:

  • Analyze borrower income documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure income calculations align with regulatory standards.
  • Provide recommendations for income optimization based on comprehensive analysis.

Collateral Assessor:

  • Assess appraisal reports and property valuations to determine adequacy of collateral.
  • Ensure appraisals meet investor guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property collateral.

Non-QM Underwriter:

  • Underwrite Non-QM and Non-Agency loan products, including bank statement analysis, asset depletion, and DSCR No Ratio loans.
  • Maintain an underwriting pipeline that meets established service level agreements.
  • Review and analyze complex borrower profiles and financial documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
