Customer Support Representative Role

  • Moreover, candidates should be familiar with semi-voice processes, which involve making outbound calls to customers as needed.
  • This position also requires a minimum of one year of experience in either email or chat support, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to transition into a customer-facing role.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills, specifically in English and Hindi, allowing them to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Key Requirements
