Job Title: Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, including contract negotiations, solution delivery, and issue resolution. They will work closely with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within existing client accounts, as well as develop new business initiatives to meet targets.
