Role Overview
We're looking for an Associate Client Account Manager to help us strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of our services. You'll be the go-to contact for agency partners — helping them find value, solving challenges, and ensuring they stay and grow with E2M.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned E2M clients.
- Work with clients to ensure they gain maximum value from our services.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and handle escalations smoothly.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers, and SEO teams for timely delivery.
- Capture client feedback and act as a customer advocate internally.
- Manage client accounts to drive renewals, retention, and growth.
- Monitor account health, budgets, and timelines while ensuring profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance.
- Proactively identify risks and implement creative solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in a creative, digital marketing, or web design/development agency.
- Prior experience handling or delivering digital/web-based projects.
- Passion for great work with strong process and strategy orientation.
- Good understanding of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding required).
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple accounts.
- Clear, concise, and direct communication style.
- Proven track record of client growth, retention, and profitability.
- Skilled in relationship building across clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with Sales, Pre-sales, and Account Managers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with North American clients across time zones.
