Job Description:

As a high-performing sales manager, you will help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will coach, train, and mentor your team of travel consultants, coordinate weekly meetings to ensure each member is successful in their role, and assist/coach team members on client calls and demos.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a consistent revenue delivery role.
  • Passionate self-starter with strong understanding of margin planning and delivery by different product mix.
  • High preference for candidates from a travel background.
  • Strong understanding of funnel management and related metrics.
  • Experience working with data and sales dashboards.
  • Good experience handling client escalation during the sales process.
