
Senior Account Growth Manager

As a key figure in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through effective management of national accounts.
- Maintain high forecasting accuracy to ensure timely stock availability across all channels.
- Achieve fill rates of 90% plus with major retailers.
- Develop comprehensive business plans for national accounts to drive sustainable growth.
- Negotiate terms of trade to optimize profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through efficient route-to-market strategies.
- Ensure timely collection and settlement of claims in accordance with agreed credit policies.
In addition to the above responsibilities:
- Drive product introductions, packaging changes, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Foster brand activations, combos, and visibility elements to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with retailers to identify new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role:
- You should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in handling online channels for FMCG or personal care companies.
- Experience working with prominent e-commerce brands and notable names in e-commerce and quality commerce is essential.
- Proven expertise in direct account and 3P seller models, margin negotiation, listing new products, onboarding, and managing product profitability.
