  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging soft skills training programs (communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, leadership essentials) to equip staff with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver new hire induction training and refresher sessions tailored for employees working in BPO environments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement relevant training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies that cater to the unique requirements of the BPO/customer service sector.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, focusing on improving customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills, leading to enhanced job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through participant feedback, assessments, and real-world performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and HR teams to ensure alignment between training objectives and broader business goals, promoting a cohesive company vision.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes using reliable Management Information Systems, providing stakeholders with actionable insights for strategic planning.
