Employee Relations Specialist

Are you an empathetic and results-driven professional looking to develop our Employee Relations practices and people strategy?

This role requires building strong relationships with business consultants, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention through referrals and redeployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with business consultants across the United States.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on intricate employee relations issues, including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and enhance consultant experiences.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Manage a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
