As a vital support role, you will provide comprehensive assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Key responsibilities include managing employee documentation, consolidating and maintaining accurate employee records, processing benefits updates, and ensuring timely follow-up on onboarding and offboarding tasks.

You will also source and screen candidates, conduct initial candidate phone screenings, coordinate interview scheduling, and provide support in salary discussions and offer negotiations. Additionally, you will collect and validate new hire information, initiate and monitor background checks, prepare welcome kits, and facilitate new hire orientation.

Other key responsibilities include tracking employee attendance, leave, and remote work requests, coordinating logistics, managing procurement of laptops and office supplies, and providing support for employee income tax documentation and filings. You will also plan and execute employee engagement activities, support workforce and resource planning initiatives, and ensure office space maintenance and employee safety compliance.

For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong organizational and data management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) and 3+ years of HR and/or operations support experience are required.
