
Senior Human Resources Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned human resources professional to lead strategic people initiatives, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions.
This role requires a deep understanding of performance management and rewards, as well as the ability to analyze HR data and drive business growth through process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Performance Review Processes: Develop effective performance review processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms that align with business objectives.
- Develop Impactful Rewards Programs: Design and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs that drive employee motivation and engagement.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives that enhance organizational culture and competitiveness.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Oversee HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- 8-12 Years of HR Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on performance management and rewards.
- HRIS and ATS Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva preferred), ensuring efficient and effective HR system management.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
