The Human Resources Manager role is pivotal in aligning organizational vision with employee engagement.
This individual will possess a deep understanding of labor laws, develop and implement HR strategies, drive culture-building initiatives, and foster collaboration across regions.
- Create and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain adherence to legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
- Design and execute initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive company culture.
- Serve as the voice of the organization's vision, ensuring employees feel valued and connected.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, projects, facilitators, content).
- Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Develop and implement KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
- Manage HRIS for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
- Generate reports and insights for leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
- Foster collaboration with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including strong exposure to:
- Labor laws & compliance
- Policy development & implementation
- Employee engagement across regions
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills – approachable, empathetic, and a people person.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across departments.
- Built relationships and trust across all levels.
- Balanced compliance with a human-centered approach.
- Promoted values, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
- Utilized HR data to inform better decisions.
- Focused on finding solutions that are fair, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.
