Job Overview:

The Human Resources Manager role is pivotal in aligning organizational vision with employee engagement.

This individual will possess a deep understanding of labor laws, develop and implement HR strategies, drive culture-building initiatives, and foster collaboration across regions.

  • Create and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
  • Design and execute initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive company culture.
  • Serve as the voice of the organization's vision, ensuring employees feel valued and connected.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, projects, facilitators, content).
  • Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop and implement KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • Manage HRIS for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
  • Generate reports and insights for leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
  • Foster collaboration with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.
Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including strong exposure to:
  • Labor laws & compliance
  • Policy development & implementation
  • Employee engagement across regions
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – approachable, empathetic, and a people person.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across departments.
