About the Role:

As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the onboarding process of service professionals in your category. This involves critically evaluating the entire supply chain, from sourcing and selection to training partners.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and product, to execute projects that enhance customer and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for onboarding service professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive project execution and improve customer experience
  • Evaluate and optimize the supply chain to meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 2 years of work experience in a related field
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solve ambiguous problems, and prioritize outcomes
  • A 'hustle and get things done' attitude
