Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reliance Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing educational resources, and providing support to the team.


Key Responsibilities:


• Collation and consolidation of educational resources from the internet, ensuring compliance with RFSAC requirements.• Source and collate contact details of resource persons from educational institutions and industry.• Navigate websites of various educational institutions, documenting best practices.• Search and download academic and admin standards of school education.• Documentation of important circulars, notifications, and school visit reports.• Prepare various dashboards and MIS.• Update and manage files and folders on the common drive.


Requirements:


• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet browsing.• Excellent written communication skills.• Knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi is preferable.• Good interpersonal skills.
