Job Summary
This is a key role within Reliance Industries Limited, responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives.
Key Accountabilities
- Arrange complex scheduling and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of internal and external meetings.
- Provide exceptional telephone coverage, taking accurate messages and handling urgent calls with discretion.
- Coordinate extensive online and offline research as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Handle all travel arrangements, including accommodations, airline reservations, and rental cars.
- Ensure the smooth administration of office operations, including record keeping and confidential document maintenance.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in facility management techniques
- Good negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Qualifications
Any graduation; 3-6 years of experience
