Administrative Coordinator

**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our Director in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Draft and send emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Coordinate external and internal communication, research documents, and reimbursements
- Support the Director in preparing documentation for key decision-making
- Coordinated conferences, events, and travel arrangements
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Director's role and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the in-house travel team to coordinate Director's travel
- Support the Director in maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong ability to plan, strategize, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
