Senior Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator with Mintskill HR Solutions LLP, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high-level understanding of interdepartmental processes to assist in facilitating communication.
- Read and respond to emails, as well as maintain self-correspondence.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Coordinate budget activity through tracking, reconciling, and processing bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with departmental events and provide logistical support.
- Facilitate special projects as assigned, and provide project management support for planning and executing Director-related initiatives.
- Maintain and update statutory compliance reports.
Requirements
Graduate with 2-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary to CEO/Director, having an excellent command over English.
