Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Safety Projects Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office supplies, managing annual maintenance contracts, coordinating with vendors, planning events, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Supplies Management: Oversee and manage all office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and inventory management.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs): Handle all AMC-related activities for office equipment and services.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and terms for office supplies and services.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- General Administrative Support: Perform other official tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling admin job
- Computer literate with good operating knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Pleasing personality and well-mannered behavior
