Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hospital Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry, file maintenance, and documentation
- Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and process efficiency
- Handle customer queries and process orders efficiently
- Maintain records of printing orders, track inventory, and manage delivery schedules
- Support sales teams by preparing quotations, invoices, and reports
- Assist in procurement and vendor management
