Key Responsibilities:Office Supplies Management:
- We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee and manage all office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and inventory management.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely replenishment of office materials to avoid shortages and maintain a well-stocked office environment.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs):
- This role requires someone to handle all AMC-related activities for office equipment and services, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate with service providers and ensure seamless maintenance activities.
Vendor Coordination:
- We are seeking a candidate with excellent negotiation skills to liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and terms for office supplies and services.
- The ideal candidate will evaluate vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality services.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- This role requires someone to plan, organize, and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- The ideal candidate will handle logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment arrangements.
Travel Arrangements:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to book travel arrangements for staff members traveling on business trips.

Register Maintenance:
- This role requires someone to maintain and update the employee outward register and guest inward register, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- The ideal candidate will keep accurate records of all courier inward and outward activities.
Office Cleanliness:
- We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail to monitor and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Min 2 years of experience handling admin job
- Computer literate with good operating knowledge of MS Office
