Job Overview

DCS Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative and Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting, with excellent knowledge of office administration and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel, is also required.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The role will involve managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing and processing payroll, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and partners, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and tax records
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow
