We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Service Champion to join our team at 2coms. As a Service Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Handling: Receive customers with a smile, greet them with politeness and professionalism, verify service requests, and capture VOC of the customer.
- Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify the number and type of repairs applicable, update diagnosis reports, and perform repairs and final inspections.
- System Handling: Track customer complaints, operate the Workshop Management System, and ensure 100% adherence.
- Technical Repairs: Be fully equipped with knowledge on OLAS scooters, repair or replace parts, and stay updated on OLA technical curricular news bulletin on EV.
- Process and Operational: Ensure process adherence, mark bays clearly, invoice and collect payments, and ensure bays are free from foreign materials.
- Parts Operation: Audit inventory, perform GRN, maintain inventory, and ensure warranty part reverse logistics.
- Safety and Compliance: Wear uniform and protective gear, use protective gear and proper handling of tool kits, and ensure fire fighting equipment is in place.
- Only male candidates.
- Minimum qualification: 12th diploma/graduation/postgraduation.
- Minimum experience: 1 year in an automobile industry in the service sector.
Up to 2.76 LPA CTC including PFESIC.
