Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Process9 Technologies Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through research, market analysis, and strategic outreach.
- Responsible for online sales of Process9 products & services to Indian markets, leveraging your understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in consultative conversations to understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and make recommendations for sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in inside sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
- Understanding and experience selling technology solutions to Indian markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Office Suites (Excel, Word/Docs, Powerpoint/Slides).
