Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Associate/Delivery Lead- Inside Sales to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and building high-level qualified leads pipelines/B2B appointments for our global sales organization and improving top-line revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and appointments for our sales team.
  2. Outbound Sales: Perform outbound sales calling activity, making 50-100 calls per day/week/month, generating interest amongst our target prospects, qualifying prospects, and securing maximum sales/business development high-qualified leads and appointments.
  3. Database Management: Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions of each conversation and conversion using Salesforce.com.
  4. Market Research: Perform basic-level research on the target market, including companies, banks, and prospective clients.
  5. Reporting and MIS: Regularly report sales numbers, attend internal staff meetings, submit target numbers for the month or quarter, and give regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager/Sales Head.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent.
  2. Outbound Sales: International B2B/B2C outbound cold calling experience is an added advantage, preferably in the USA market.
  3. Database Building: Perform database management activities, including search and build database for market outreach activities.
  4. Research Skills: Perform basic-level research on the target market.
  5. CRM: Have prior experience working on any sales CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
