Role Summary
At Lagrange Point International, we are seeking a talented B2B Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic relationship-building and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand our client portfolio.
- Pitch and close deals with new clients, onboard them, and manage end-to-end relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Identify key decision-makers within our client portfolio and ensure business continuity through regular interfacing and advising.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the most suitable HR solutions for their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and information through industry networking.
Requirements
- MBA from a Tier 1 college with 2-6 years of experience working with reputable organizations or consulting firms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive and result-driven approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with senior industry leaders and contribute to the growth story of our organization. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
