Job Title: System Support Specialist\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Regularly monitor server parameters, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, and log size to ensure optimal performance.\
  • Report any performance issues beyond thresholds to the relevant teams in a timely manner.\
  • Verify the successful completion of scheduled tasks on the system and rerun them if necessary.\
  • Notify L2/L3 teams of technical errors for resolution and report back with updates.\
  • Monitor emails, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets and update them accordingly.\
  • Gather additional information from business/end-users or other teams as required.\
  • Reproduce issues in testing environments and provide inputs to L2 team members.\
  • Validate issue fixes based on customer inputs given in the internal testing environment.\
  • Handle customer-related queries on system functionality and provide support.\
  • Have experience in doing customer issue-based validation.\
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.\
  • Possess a technical background in Java, scripting, or equivalent.\
  • Manage application or infrastructure support at an L1 level for at least 3 years.\
  • Have had customer-facing experience of more than 3+ years.\
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is highly advantageous.\
  • Be experienced in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and provide required support.\
