Leadership Role

This is a high-level leadership position where you will oversee and manage a team of 15–20 members. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international processes, experience in team management and supervision, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and be flexible to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive team performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition by implementing effective strategies and providing coaching support to team members.
  • Regularly review and recommend improvements to processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and address process gaps to improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular coaching sessions to ensure goals are met.
  • Handle floor support and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure achievement of individual contributor targets by setting clear expectations and providing guidance as needed.
  • Maintain Average Handling Time (AHT) levels as per targets across tenure buckets.

The successful candidate will have basic computer skills, especially MS Excel, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
