Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Team Lead located in Mysore. The Collections Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the debt collection process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments. They will also be tasked with analyzing financial data, leading a team of collection agents, and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the finance department to align collection activities with company financial goals and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.

  • Debt Collection and Customer Service skills
  • Team Leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance or BPO sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
