Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Mysore. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring targets and service quality are met, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and mentorship to team members. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, reporting to senior management, and implementing process improvements to enhance team performance.

Must know Kannada
Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in BPO/Contact Center.
