Job Description:

The Onboarding Specialist role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation. This includes coordinating with candidates and stakeholders for onboarding, completing joining formalities documents, and conducting data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee Onboarding
  • Conducting data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends
  • Designing PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate data findings and recommendations
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and relevance in presentations
  • Managing employee lifecycle changes from joining to separation, including promotions, transfers, hiring, compensation changes, and terminations
  • Time and absence management
  • Managing tickets and queries in ServiceNow
  • Exit Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR Operations, with knowledge of ERP/Workday an added advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong emphasis on macros
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure, understanding the challenges of supporting multiple stakeholders locally and globally
  • Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
