  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRMS.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
