About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our kitchen operations, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be on managing the production process, guaranteeing that all outlets and banquets operate seamlessly and in line with our hotel's standards. You will also be expected to maintain profitability within your area of responsibility.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in food production, preferably with an apprenticeship or professional diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation.
- Excellent practical, operational, and administrative skills, combined with creativity.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹35 lakhs - ₹45 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
