Key Responsibilities
- Function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring the successful operation of all outlets and banquets in accordance with hotel standards and profitability.

Requirements
- Apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation.
- Excellent practical, operational, and administrative skills, with a flair for creativity.
